A guy in our running group was a race Walker for years and can walk a sub-6 mile. If I could learn to walk at 7-730 pace would it be beneficial to walk my easy days?

The guy from The Running club probably Tim could train you to walk a mile at 7 to 7:30 as far as doing your easy runs at that PACE if you can maintain 9 or 10 minute miles to be the same equivalent.
why the F would you want to uncomfortably walk 10+ min miles instead of jogging 7min pace?
