So I am training for Boston and I've developed a case of patellar tendonitis. I did get a good base of 10 weeks in.. Dr. said i'm looking at about 4 to 6 weeks for recovery... Said I can do some shorter runs but he wouldn't be doing anything to long.. Also recommended some orthotics to correct the problem...
I guess my question is can I still run Boston if I get this issue solved? I just wanna finish not looking for any record breaking time but seeing how there is no deferral it's run or eat the entry fee..
Any help appreciated.
