I lack an aerobic base. (My xc season was a disaster). And I was planning on upping my mileage but there's a large chance I might get injured. Is the risk worth it ?
I currently run around 25mpw. I was planning on doing 30-35 in march and April. And try 40 in May. And 50-60 in June and maybe July. Before cutting back and building back up.
But the problem is that if I run ten miles everyday is it better to double or could I do singles. Or maybe mix doubles and singles
