I am 17 and a first year U20 in England and my favored event is 1500m. My current PB's are 4:12 for 1500m, 2:02 for 800m and 54.4 for 400m. Is it an achievable goal to reach 3.58 for 1500m by the end of this season and how should i reach this. I currently do not have a coach, i train with my club on tuesday's and thursday's and race most sunday's. I am at a good fitness level as I ran my 400 PB two weeks ago indoors and ran 2.03 for 800 a couple days ago indoors. How much training should I be doing and what should the sessions be.
