I've struggled with insomnia for as long as I can remember and I know the little things that can trigger it, such as over thinking things, diet, training, natural causes etc Un all serousness I know I can eliminate training/diet since its better then its ever been l. Lately I've been going through a lot, and just want to get a normal sleep pattern back before I completely lose it and fall off the deep end.
I've tried natural remedies, tried changing my bed time, turning off electronics and just about anything.... Its gotten so bad that some times I take nyquil to help me fall asleep and even occasionally(very rarely) I'll have a few drinks when I'm desperate to fall asleep. I would rather not go down that road of relying on those in order to fall asleep!
Any one have a suggestions?
I'm open to almost trying anything in order to get a handle on this, as its taking a mental toll on me and I don't need to go any farther to describe this but I seriously need suggestion before I go off the deep end
