I just started doing speedwork again, and I can't stop eating. I've become noticeably more muscular, but my legs are looking chunky because the muscle is piling up on the fat that's still there. I'm trying to eat a little less, but I'm literally waking up in the middle of the night starving. I'm also spending an unhealthy amount of time looking at pictures of food on yelp
Trying to decrease my carbs and increase my protein intake only makes the problem worse.
I'm above my ideal running weight, so I really shouldn't be listening to my body in this case. Help me
