So I'm at work 10 of Boston trainin. Averaging bout 55mpw. The last couple weeks I've developed some pain around the knee cap. I'm thinking runners knee. It's more out front then IT band. Anyways I've been waiting to run Boston for quite some time now and don't wanna be sidelined from injury cuz I may never qualify again. So I have about 8wks left till Boston can I still recover and run the race? Thanks and any help would be appreciated. Thanks all. Cheers
