During a sprint workout both my legs were super sore and then all of the sudden i felt this pain in my left quad that was sharp so I stopped the workout. At first it definitely felt like a strain. I went to my athletic trainer and he did tests on it and the range of motion and strength in both legs was equal, so he said it could have been a mild strain. That was 3 days ago. Today, I can walk fine with no pain (the quad just feels really tight) and stretching it today is WAY easier and less painful than it was on Wednesday, but it still feels like there is something there, and rubbing that part of the muscle makes it sore. Do you guys think it's okay to bike today?? Time trials are next week and I have a shot at getting first on our team in the 600m trial (used for he 800). In wanna make sure I'm in shape come Wednesday. Any advice will help. Thanks!!
