Racing the 800 tommorow. Restarted training cycle for outdoor.(8th grader)
Have done light speedwork before but mostly 5-6 mile runs @7:30-8 min pace.
Ran first workout working towars outdoor 5x1200 2 min rec
spilts: 4:38 4:34 4:35 4:19 4:09. For an idea of speed did 6 300s at avg of 49
Any ideas on what I can run for the 800 tommorow? (or a mile if i did one)
