The 800/3200 is a strange combination of events for a HS athlete.
It depends. Are you a stronger 800 runner or a 3200 runner? How competitive are you in the 1600?
If you are more competitive in the 800 as a coach I would do the 800 and 1600. If you are a stronger 3200 runner then I would recommend you do the 1600 and 3200.
