I have a cold.
Does tylenol actually do anything to speed recovery or does it just numb symptoms?
I ask as I dont really care about slight fever, cough, stuffy nose etc.

you'd be better off with ibuprofen. it's an anti-inflammatory so it might actually reduce the swelling in the nose. tylenol is just a pain killer.
Tylenol is just a HUMAN killer. Really, it's crazy that crap is legal. Take even one, then drink a certain thing or eat a certain thing within a week, and it takes months off your lifespan, if not kill you immediately.
Use ibuprofen, use naproxen sodium, use ketoprofen. At least they're anti-inflammatory, which is what you want. Acetaminophen is just a half-azz painkiller, nothing more, which is known to kill people. Fun stuff.
Nyqil, the red cap but you have to be over 18 to buy it.
