Sunday 12
Monday 4-8
Tuesday 4-6 w two miles at 6 min pace
Wed 4. Legs dead
Thurs 4-4 legs felt crappy
Friday 4am
Saturday 4up 8k in 29:55 2 down
Stale in the race, super hard winds so didn't even wear a watch or check splits just tried to finish as high as could. Hit 2 miles in 13th place hit 3.5 miles in 7th. Finished 8th. Used some strength to pace people in wind and on hills. Disappointing race
I am stale and hurt w the groin. Stale physically stale mentally. I was dragging myself thru an 8 miler this morning and decided on this plan for next 3 weeks until 10k to get some speed and more important some mojo going
3 workouts a week. Track session Tempo. Long run w progression. 2 days jogging. 2 days no running and do some lifting. Not gonna even count the miles except on the workout days. Run the 10k and reassess thoughts?
