how's this going
He did this last year, I know because I watched a couple of his youtube videos. Hope he gets in shape.
Bump
Here is an interesting interview with him.

According to Twitter he did a tempo mile of 5:18 so he is progressing
Been following him on Strava, he's absolutely killing it. His mileage is relatively low too.
Too easy! Didn't run for 10 years and at 40 years of age ran for 8 months and ran 15:54! sub 16 is very easy do to muscle memory that this guy has. Should have been sub 1500

OMG you are so awesome!!! TELL US MORE ABOUT HOW AWESOME YOU ARE!!!!!
I am 5'11 and weigh 165 lbs and can't run sub 16!
yea and you never ran as fast as this guy did so don't try! Fact of the matter is that his times back in the day are very fast. 4-6 months of consistent training and he will run oh about 15:10. No matter how much weight he has gained. Now for all you joggers out there you cant comprehend this as you have never been fast but for the 1% it is not much of an effort. You see genetics are much more powerful than you think.

Genetics? He looks sorta big and softer for as fast as he was at 1500. Maybe the disgusting side-by-side is throwing me off.
Was it genetics for Mottram too? Or more stubborn determination? Serious question. Have never read about this guy. Just based on the thumbnails.

He ran 24min 5k at 94 kg starting from nothing
He has lost more than 15kg and now weighs 77kg
His shape is already sub16 5k within 74 days.
Isnt it very weird or an example of showing poor trainability but great starting line?
Plus his competitive weight is 70 to 72 kg
Man, check out his Instagram. He's killin' it.

Still fat while doing 7+ miles in the 6:20/6:30s. 😂🙌ðŸ½
No way he doesn't get under 16.
