Wed 4am 8pm (1m up 5m fartlek 2m down) felt good some longer then shorter repeats
Thu 4am 8pm
Fri 4am 11pm
Sat 15 am middle 13miles at 7:25 pace
94 total I was please w the Sunday workout and the longer runs back to back Felt strong on the long run and feel great this morning. 94 is by far the most miles I have ran in a week and the paces were faster and felt easier. Good week for me
