Okay my friend has made a mistake... she did too much mileage for her body within the past two weeks and now she is suffering.. She says that while resting there is sometimes a dull ache in her inner and outer knees and sometimes hips and her outer shin. And last week when she ran both of her outer knees stated hurting like crazy and her hips felt sore while running last week. However she had lowered her mileage this week by ALOT and planning to take a 4 day rest no running. What do you guys think this is? And what should she do to make it stop. And btw this week when she ran it didn't really hurt only when she was resting/random moments there was random aches here and there in the areas stated above. So far we think its IT band and shes been stretching more and strengthing her hips more. Will she be good by Tuesday??
