I am wondering what I can run for my 3000m in two weeks. My PR is 9:58 and today I did 4xmile at a comfortably hard pace with 4 minutes rest with splits of 5:45, 5:49, 5:52 and 5:50 and last week I did a 2.5 mile tempo at 6:04 pace followed by a 1400 in 5:06 and 2 easy 300's in 56 and 53. I have been running 60-65 miles a week so what do you think I can run?
