Memo just released.
https://www.scribd.com/document/369858325/xxx#from_embedAnd it shows widespread NSA abuse under the Obama admin., FISA falsehoods, and a blatant partisan effort to undermine, obstruct, and eventually remove Trump.
The document mostly relates to internet information collection and sharing by the NSA, FBI, CIA and NCTC, and the procedures they should be following in order to comply with the law. It details violations that have occurred, usually involving the over-sharing of, or failure to purge, raw data. Sometimes because of human error and lack of oversight, other times because of software defects.
The conclusions start on page 96, it's all very interesting. Thanks for the link bro :-)
You should read it.
This memo being posted is not real.
More bad news for Trumpers... FBI had an informant inside Manafort's company. With Gates making a deal AND an additional informant, don't be surprised to see Manafort flipping in the near future. He screwed either way.
I'm continually shocked at the Trumpers lack of respect for the FBI and intelligence community.
Would a Trumper comment on why you're choosing a faux conservative in Trump over a Republican and patriot in Mueller? Aren't conservatives traditionally the 'law and order' party? Blue Lives Matter matters, but the FBI doesn't?
And stop with the conspiracy theories.

So he got a prediction wrong. This is someone who followed the godless Trump all around for an entire year. His comments about our president's character are extremely credible.
I don't think you understand life in 2018. If you ever made a statement that later turned out to not be definitely true, you have no credibility in any subject. Also, if you tweeted a possibly edgy joke in 2011, you will have to quit your current job.
You're allowed to be wrong. But in order to gain credibility, you have to make predictions or insights that turn out to be RIGHT. Tony Schwartz has made multiple mental health and resignation predictions and is like 0 for 5. Zero credibility.

So screams the Trump snowflake who is always wrong and has firmly established he has ZERO credibility.

This is not factual. Show me where the intelligence agencies said this.

Everyone of our intelligence agencies say this happened. But until they show you classified documents you can go on pretending?
How have Trumpers managed to not, at one time in the past year, read about the consensus from the intelligence communities regarding Russia's meddling in our election? FWIW, much of the investigation gained momentum thanks to allies who picked up signal intelligence on members of the Trump team. Just one of many sources and this is from Trump's CIA pick, Pompeo:

I would love to hear a coherent opinion or reaction from any Trump supporter on the following:
Trump and some in his inner circle lie to the media all the time - that’s not a crime and his supporters are comfortable with that so let’s talk about what is a crime. Lying to federal authorities and encouraging others to lie, even if they don’t follow through, are crimes. With me so far? Assuming you still believe in laws and enforcement let’s continue.
So far we know there has been a pattern of lying by Trump officials to federal authorities and congress. For one, campaign associates did not report several discussions with Russian contacts. George and Flynn were caught lying and it’s pretty clear they tried to get others to cover up for them, unsuccessfully. Some of it is so ridiculous because their meetings with Russian contacts were known and approved, so there can only be one reason to lie about having had them. McFarland told the senate committee she wasn’t aware of Flynn’s contact with any Russians. That was disproved by court documents.
Then there is Sessions and his foggy memory. Then there’s Kushner who didn’t report several meetings with Russians on his security clearance forms - hard to dispute that was accidental. Then there’s Trump Jr lying and let’s not forget Manafort.
So my questions are: What do you make of these lies and what could be driving them? Do you even believe they lied? Assuming you at least believe they lied, why do you think they would do that, at a seemingly concerted level? Do you think they were so afraid of how these meetings would be perceived that they preferred risking going to jail for lying about them? Do you think they should get in trouble for wrong doing, or should that be contingent upon some Democrats getting in trouble (somehow a wash?)?
I’m just trying to gauge your general view and ethical stand on the known wrongdoings? Notice I didn’t mention Trump, just interested in your reaction to the known facts. Please respond directly to the content on my post and try not to deviate. Thank you.
Speaking of signal intelligence, why do you think Paul Ryan will resign this year?! Ryan and the GOP are f*cked.

Because he can make a bigly amount more money afterwards. The Koch Bros just "donated" $500,000 to him for getting the save-the-rich tax bill through the House. Ryan is getting other "donations" from other rich well-wishers. Once he is out of Congress he can be the grease that further slims the wheels of Congress on behalf of the Koch Bros and other richie richers.

Can’t stand that $hit eating grin of his and his spineless approach to everything. The marathon time lie was it for me. The GOP thinks it’s winning, but there is a clear wedge between traditional republicans, tea partiers and trump puppets in the party. Oh and then there’s Trump.
Uh-oh. The missing FBI texts have been found. We don't know if they've cleansed by Democrats yet, so we have to wait to find out if they've been tampered with before getting any hopes up.
Gary - there you are! Mind responding?

Yes, you should pin your hopes on the missing FBI texts. They will tell all about the secret society in the FBI where liberals are mastering dark magic. Better call Scooby and the gang.
