What is your definition of winning the shutdown?
Trump rescinded DACA with a March 2018 expiration date.
Then said he wanted Congress to make it the law.
Then agreed that he would sign a compromise which would make it law.
Then made his sh!thole countries comments.
Then he seemed to imply no wall no DACA.
No matter what the result is, you can match one of Trump's statements to it and call it a win.
I heard him say that either the Eagles, Patriots, Jaguars or Vikings will win the Super Bowl in separate statements.
He will be right on one of those statements.
Again, define winning the shutdown.
