The tax plan in general isn't terrible. There will be good things that come from it.
But there are issues:
Trump campaigned on a tax plan that would not be good for him. Pure B.S. This is great for him.
Republican mantra has always been fiscal responsibility and banging their fists on the table over rising debt.
This blows the debt up on purpose.
Deficits don't really matter much to the every day person and may not matter much as a going concern for the country.
But they will be brought up in another election cycle.
The upcoming cycle, Republicans will be touting these tax cuts.
In future cycles, they will point to the debt and campaign on the cuts that need to be made.
This is painfully obvious. So people will get hurt from this down the road.
Good for those at AT&T who will get bonuses.
I wonder what will happen to the people who work part time in the AT&T stores that don't get AT&T health insurance and now don't have buy their own insurance. Will the available subsidies for them be next to be cut?
I do hope companies share the wealth.
I am not rooting against the tax plan.
I saw enough people root against the ACA and thought that was un-American.
