I made a misprint.I meant to write :Established Republicans do NOT like Trump. I left off the "not".

I don't know what you are referring to unless it's the Bill Clinton impeachment.
Bill Clinton was an embarrassment to the country when he diddled the intern.
He felt stupid and lied about it. And that lead to impeachment proceedings but there wasn't enough support for the impeachment which was fully partisan driven.
Trump is in a spot with no Democrat support and he isn't even interested in having Democrat support.
But the Republicans do not have is back and will take him down if the right things line up.
It may be a better political move for the Republicans to make a move early while they certainly have the majority instead of risking having the proceedings with a potential Democrat House majority which may pull Pence in.
Trump did a terrible job of pushing Obamacare repeal.
He kept changing his message and supported the flavor of the day - no repeal without replace, repeal only, skinny repeal.
He made zero speeches to the public that gave details of how he wanted the law to look.
If Trump is not going to help the established Republicans pass the laws they want and may be a liability in their re-election campaigns, they may like him gone sooner rather than later as long as they have some Republican president in office.
