Trump is not a dictator. He got elected in 2016, will have to run for reelection in 2020 and will have to step down after he wins reelection in 2024.Furthermore, he does not rule like a king like our previous president Obama. Obama used executive powers for everything. This is why everything is being dismantled. Obama is closer to a dictator.

I'm not dumb. I guess I have to pretend to be one to talk to you. You have trouble getting passed bullet points and headlines, I see.
this sort of thing is a massive danger from Trump. the world is not going to wait for the next president to reassert American influence. The world is working around the US now, making deals, making inroads. And those deals will not be to the benefit of the US.
Trump and trumpers are ignoramouses who think isolationism means we will be just fine. The loss of american influence will be one of the main legacies of this WH. Nice.
That's funny. You do realize that what you posted is a link By Ronald Mortensen, opinion contributor. Mortensen is, as you put it, "mixing facts with opinion". His thesis is that illegal immigrants commit more crimes than citizens because they often use phone Social Security Numbers to gain employment. What he doesn't tell you is that this is a huge net gain for Americans. They pay into social security and they will never get anything out! Illegal immigrants are subsidizing your retirement! The relevant statistic is that illegal immigrants are incarcerated at a lower rate that US Citizens. That means illegal immigrants are not the ones committing the serious crimes. Americans are. And, btw, you still have no clue what I posted in Russian or how it pertains to you. I thought Trumpers would be busy learning Russian by now.

eric,

Nobody on this board will say Trump is decent and trustworthy. Nobody says Trump is not a liar. If I'm wrong, please tell me who that somebody is.

not sure about this board, but nationwide, as of April, 36% of the nation thinks Trump is trustworthy and honest. That's a lot of millions of people.
http://www.gallup.com/poll/208640/majority-no-longer-thinks-trump-keeps-promises.aspxDo you don't know the difference between "passed" and "past"?You also had trouble with grammar your first two sentences. "one" can not refer to the adjective "dumb". Proper English would be,"I'm not a dummy. I guess I have to pretend to be one to talk to you."Either English is not your native language, or you aren't pretending.

That's a little different from what I was asking though. When people take a survey, they are defending a person in the abstract. A Trumper will answer "yes" to any survey question that sounds pro-Trump.
What I want to see is people who will come out publicly and say, "Trump doesn't lie" or "Trump is an honest man". And then those people should be willing to defend that position. I just don't see that.
Again, if you have any names, please let me know. I'd be very interested.

That's your leader and role model?
No. Trump does not represent the right wing, and is not the embodiment of the current Republican party. That's why he was able to win.
His role is purely an outsider that should be able to work from the center on a lot of issues which being an establishment Republican would not allow.
We never thought it would be easy (despite his quotes of easy, quickly, etc.), but it has been well worth the vote.
Excuse me, I must correct my own grammar. I mis-edited the first line as I was trying to make it sound less harsh. It should of course read:Do you know the difference between "passed" and "past"?Certainly, we can all make editing and typing mistakes. Perhaps that's another explanation for itsbaddude. But I do wonder if he is a native English speaker.

During an interview with MSNBC at the Hank’s Yanks Golf Classic at Trump Golf Links, Giuliani called Trump “a very good man†and “an unbiased, unprejudiced man.â€
that took around 3 minutes of googling. I believe many of these stories where reporters go to trumplandia and interview trump voters quote people saying he is an honest man.
people really respond to the way he talks - they perceive it as honest, whereas the formal ways Obama and HRC spoke are perceived as fake and phony. The content does not matter.

I'm not that familiar with the process, but why wouldn't someone with a social security number, who pays into the system, get anything out? Honest question.

OK. That's a pretty good post.
Except for the part about working from the center.
He has a personal vendetta against Obama and works to counter anything he has done.
Believe it or not, Obama was center on many things.
Obamacare is pretty center, based on past Republican plans.
Trump has no ideology of how to replace it. He has given no message on what he wants it to look like. He only wants it gone.
And I really don't know what other issues he is really working on.
The travel ban is one. That's certainly not a center issue. That's far right.
He says he wants tax reform. Everyone says that.
What is his plan?
How about his budget?
That's not center.
He takes any penny he can from any social service and gives it to the military.
Gorsuch is nowhere center compared to Garland for SCOTUS
I agree that Trump is an outsider.
I don't agree that any of his rhetoric is politically center of US ideology

Amazingly true. He is even a spectacular failure as a person. He has no core values and no ethics. He places his needs well above anyone else's.
And he has no grasp's of important issues and doesn't seem to want to learn.
NOT true. He most definitely DOES have core values. Indeed, he is clearer on his core values than almost anyone I can think of.
His core values are "If it feels good to Donald, it is Good." Simple as that.

Ah. Another typo from me. Might have thrown you off. They are using "phony" or stolen Social Security Numbers.
Illegal immigrants are not entitled to receive Social Security or Medicare benefits. But as a group, they pay in over $7 billion per yer in taxes toward these programs.
Yes, illegal immigrants are funding your retirement!
The ironic part is that itsbaddude is the one who just led me to an article about it. itsbaddude's link was using this NYT article to argue against illegal immigrants. How funny!

Ah yeah ok that article helped clear it up. I guess my confusion lies in how the SSA pays out benefits. I assume if they have no record of your SS number, because it's phony, that you couldn't try to claim benefits. It sounds like a more rigorous process than the one used for W-2s, where money is taken in prior to any attempt to confirm the authenticity of the SS number.
I didn't doubt that illegal immigrants were funding my retirement but I was unsure of the mechanisms in place that prevented them from also collecting retirement. Thanks!
