Being told - by Comey himself in from of Congress - that HRC should not have been working on a private server, mishandled classified info, acted extremely carelessly, and was also "not able to find 33,000 emails" is not "disproving" anything. It actually totally PROVES it.
The problem was James Comey - old friend of the Clintons - decided to invoke whether or not she "intended to break the law", and then knowing Lynch would not allow her to be indicted anyhow, he let her off the hook. It was a shameful display of hypocrisy.
