Jarrett makes a good point. But it all rests on the assumption that he did not share his memos with the Deparment of Justice. If he did, then Comey is free to say that, in his opinion, Trump was trying to obstruct justice.
Comey could also say that at the time, he did not consider it to cross the line into obstruction, but now he does. That is, given everything that has come out, including Comey's firing, he now believes that Trump was indeed trying to obstruct justice. There is no legal jeopardy for Comey if he says that.
However, I don't think Comey will take either option above.
Probably, Comey will say that that the conversation made him very uncomfortable and he considers his memos to be evidence in the context of a larger case that may or may not be brought against Trump at a later date. That is, the conversation by itself does not constitute obstruction, but put into the larger context, a jury (or impeachment hearing) might decide that it does.
Comey likes to thread the needle. I expect that's what we will see tomorrow.
