Yes, you do sound paranoid.
You are really losing it, Fat dude. Trump will leave office in one of the following ways:
1. Die of natural causes while in office
2. Choose not to run in 2020
3. Lose election in 2020
4. "Serve" through 2024 then leave Jan 20, 2025
In all cases he will leave peacefully and there will be no issue about "control of the military."
Seriously dude, you need to lay off the 'shrooms for a while. And this is coming from someone who likes you.
I get how it sounds.
But nobody is answering my questions about Trump's character.
What is about him that leads you to believe he would just follow the rules because it's the right thing to do? Do you think he's going to suddenly change who he is?
Here is the thing which you appear to be missing: There is absolutely nothing "about Trump that would leads anyone to believe he would just follow the rules because it's the right thing to do." BUT it being the right thing to do has absolutely nothing to do with it.
Trump will ALWAYS do what he believes to be in his own best interests. That is a given. It is also well established that he is a coward, a moron and a buffoon. But he does have some reptilian self-preservation instincts. There is absolutely no way possible that Trump would risk his own life (which is what a coup does) in order to stay in office. None. Zero.
He is a wannabee tough guy. He play acts the whole thing. Trump doesn't have the courage to risk a broken toenail. And he is going to stage a coup?!? Aint gonna happen.
