oh hey another scandal worse than anything in the Obama administration but you deplorables don't care because you hate brown people or you love Kavanaugh or some such rot.
you have really sold your souls. You are dirt and you are against honesty and good government.
Here is a cabinet level official lying to congress and caught red handed.
never mind the fact he is playing at politics instead of doing his job. he is trying to gerrymander by census, the b*st*rd.
I care. Why don't you? Why doesn't congress?
When the house flips expect investigations day and night until the trumpist rot is done, trumpers are in jail and DC cleansed of stink.

He recommends and maybe helps set up/get licensing for ERP software which helps control a slew of business related things including some tax related items. A lot of companies are intimidated by anything software related and would rather pay a huge premium to people like Flagpole to set it up and be done with it because doing it wrong could mean fines. As he said, his job isn't hard or exciting especially because I assume by now he has enough business connections to just get something done in a few phone calls, but props for carving out a niche I suppose.
Software Trainer
Nope. I haven't taught a software class in over 20 years. Racket is closest to getting it though I don't help the companies set up the software for their use (though I have been available for advice when they do, and I do set up environments for my own testing so I can help them determine what will work best for them).
Since so many of you seem so interested...it's really not interesting, and for the record, I have no interest in what any of you do for a living.
ERP and CRM software companies (these are the ones I deal with mostly, but there are others including simple financial package software that Manufacturing companies use) have "Business Partners". These Business Partners are separate companies that do custom modifications to the out-of-the-box software. Some Business Partners work only with a certain software company, and some are big enough to work with multiple software companies. Manufacturing companies buy software from an ERP or CRM company and then when they want custom modifications, they go to the Business Partner, referred to them from the software company.
For companies that use Business Partners, they typically have a closer relationship with the Business Partner than the software company itself, just due to the nature of what the Business Partner is doing for them. When such a company is considering either upgrading to a new version of the software or buying something new (in addition to what they have) or different (replacing what they have), they ask the Business Partner for advice. MOST Business Partners are really just coding houses. Some programmer wanted to strike out on his or her own and started a company. They don't typically have "staff" who do things people in other companies do. They code, and then they sell their services...that's it. So, they need help with things like QA, helping a company determine what software package is best for them, helping a company determine how many licenses to buy, etc. That's where I come in. I am referred to companies usually by Business Partners. I then remotely set up a test server or servers and remotely perform load testing and other testing the company wants. Sometimes they want a comparison of different software packages and sometimes they are narrowed in on a specific one. I then recommend to them what software to buy and then sometimes even what custom modification to buy if any from the Business Partner. Some of the Business Partners want me to recommend they buy a "mod" all the time and don't like it when I don't, and some better understand that a happy customer means more work for them ultimately. I have a contract with each Business Partner I do business with, and that contract tells them what kind of business I can accept from their customer and what I can not. I can not accept any coding work, even basic Java stuff or SQL or any scripting of any kind. That's pretty much the case with all of them, though one Business Partner doesn't allow me to accept any work from any of their customers. The customer builds a relationship with me, and since Business Partners aren't that good at communication, they tend to start to ask me business consulting questions, which is what I do...should they buy this new piece of software, what software can handle their work in both the EU and Japan, can you help us prepare for our audit, can you interview and hire workers, can you help us with our business model. I charge them for this work. The price per hour is the same no matter what they ask me to do, but I do arrange an overall fee if the work is managing a long Project (project as in a manufacturing project which is a specific thing). Software training is done either by the software company or the Business Partner or an in-house person after they learn how to use it.
I have not met most of my clients (companies and Business Partners) face to face as half of them are in other countries.
When I do work in a given day, I am usually communicating via e-mail with clients or having meetings using Skype Business or Webex or doing load testing or talking to software companies about the enhancements they have coming and when that can be expected. My work is boring to me, I am already planning the gradual decline of customers over the next 3-5 years for an eventual stoppage of that kind of work, so I don't intended to carry on a discussion about it. If I'm bored after that, perhaps I will join a band or do some solo gigs.
Yep. Software trainer.
So you're not really telling a CFO how to do his or her job.
What’s happened to the YUGE wage increases promised by Trump?
Rocket fuel TrumpCONomy is a CON job.
The US Labor Department reported, that for Q2 between 2017 and 2018, the real wages (inflation adjusted) of Americans declined. Q2 of 2018 was the 3rd straight quarter―all during the Trump administration―when inflation outpaced wage growth.
The last time wages grew substantially above inflation was in 2016, during the Obama administration.
Trump doubles down on his extreme ignorance.
So nice, everyone wants Ivanka Trump to be the new United Nations Ambassador. She would be incredible, but I can already hear the chants of Nepotism! We have great people that want the job.

You know Stephen Miller, right? He's speech writer and senior political adviser for Tax-cheat Trump. They've kept him away from interviews because his anti-immigrant rants are too extreme for television.
Miller's old elementary school teacher has just been suspended for talking to reporters. Turns out Miller was always dirty and he liked to eat glue.
Explains a lot.
Nope. Contract worker.
$15-20/hr x 30 hours / week = $450-600 / week
Not bad scratch if you can get it.

https://imgur.com/a/V6MLta8I realize you are trolling me, but I don't do any software training at all. But, if it makes you feel good about yourself to call me a software trainer, fine by me. My clients pay me a set fee no matter what I do for them, so if they wanted me to come in and teach a class, I would consider it as I used to do that 20+ years ago, but they would be foolish to pay me my fee for that as they can actually hire a software trainer for much less. They would also have to pay me for the development of class materials, and that's just way too much money to pay me for that. Actually, come to think of it, I probably would decide to teach a software class these days. Too much of a hassle to get it all set up properly, and I'm about lessening my work these days, not creating more.
Where did I EVER say I was telling a CFO how to do their job? I said I tell them what's what with regard to the approaching audit. Oddly enough, some of this is news to some of them. They can do their job however they want...a job that is held at the whim of their boss.

Ha! I haven't worked for as little as $20 an hour in almost 30 years. And yes I know you're trolling...still funny.
That should have been "I probably would decide NOT to teach a software class these days.
