You may not understand how this "approval" thing works. It's about what's happening *now* (or within the last couple of days, when the polling was conducted).
Though American voters clearly preferred HRC--to the tune of nearly three million votes--American electors clearly did not, and it's the electors' choice that counts. Trump won fair and square.
But all of that was 23 months ago. The approval ratings are as of October 2018.
Do try to keep up.
It's 2018 and your girl lost and you're butthurt. Do try to let go, it's over, she lied and got beat because of it.
1) "My girl"? I've been a voter for 40+ years and never pulled the Dem lever for any office. Ever.
2) "Do try to let go, it's over"--YES, IT IS. So why is it *you* folks who keep bringing up something that happened 23 months ago? Why can't YOU let it go and move on? Could it be because, for you, the high point of the Trump presidency is that his being elected made some people feel bad? I work with a bunch of those folks, and I can tell you that they "let go" about 22 1/2 months ago and started looking at the present. Why does that seem so hard for you to do?
3) Don't even start with lies. During the campaign Trump was verified to have lied at 6+ times the rate of the Clintons, and has continued lying since. If lying *truly* bothered you, you would never would have voted for Trump...or been happy with his performance in the Oval.
4) She got beat--fair and square!--because DJT got a solid majority of electoral votes, which are the only votes that really count. DJT was *not* the choice of American voters; he *was* the choice of the American electors, which is all that matters.
