Your boy Flaggy deserves unending derision and mockery- especially after he put in "I will give you the biggest I told you so ever" regarding his Kavanaugh prediction. He needs to stop making predictions, he absolutely sucks at them.

What do you mean it's ignorant to support him? He's put two conservatives on the Supreme Court. Between now and 2024 there could easily be two more openings.
I don't think it's ignorant at all to support Donald Trump for president if you're a conservative. He's the incumbent and has the best chance to win re-election, so why not? The real shame is how political the Supreme Court has become. Of course, we can thank ol' "No Recount Needed" Antonin Scalia for that in 2000.
Just a quick question for you. I know that Flagpole "put in 'I will give you the biggest I told you so ever' regarding his (Trump will not make it to 2020 vote) prediction." But did he do the same thing regarding Kavanaugh?
A) Yes he did and here is the proof.
B) No he did not which shows that I (RFH) am a liar.
C) No he did not but that does not show that I (RFH) am a liar. It only shows that I (RFH) am ignorant.
Which is it?

But who? Beto? Don’t say Booker or Harris.

Good question. I don't think Warren could win either. Booker and Harris could probably mobilize the base pretty well but they're unlikely to win in the current climate. Maybe it'll change by 2020 (also unlikely).
Probably best case would be for Beto to win in Texas next month and then ride it to the presidency. Young guy, draws a crowd, and fairly down the middle.
Another thought : does anyone who voted for Trump in 2016 have any reason at all to switch their vote in 2020 at this point? Because I don't think they do. And I think the next 6 years could easily see at least two more Supreme Court positions open up.
Trump won a contest between the two most disliked candidates in modern history. The stars aligned and he pulled off an Ace on the river. He only won 46% of the popular vote. I think a lot of the casual voters and independents voted thinking he would run the country like his business, not realizing how he ran his business (with daddy bail outs and foreign loans).
Beto is going to lose. It’s not close. A loser isn’t winning the democratic primary. The only other candidate who doesn’t suck is Biden. Harris and Booker are too black. Feinstein is ”Pocahontas”. Sanders is too liberal....but “free community college” might be something lot of folks will vote for.

I assume most people who post here have a good heart and are fine people behind their posts. I stayed away from this thread for most of it’s existence. I started to post as the comments against Trump and anyone who supported him got nastier and increasingly delusional. As the posts opposing Trump drifted further from facts and became increasingly inflammatory I decided to begin expressing my view. Amazingly the Kavanaugh nomination took the absurdity of conspiracies to a new level. I am sure I am not alone in the shocking display of unhinged Democratic partisanship, so much so I will be voting straight Republican ticket at the mid-terms. I would hate the Democratic goons being in charge more than the Republican morons. Unfortunately a lesser of two evil choice like the 2016 general election.

The "Democratic goons" stand no chance of "being in charge" after the 2018 election, they do have a pretty solid chance of gaining the House to act as a counter to the "Republican morons" unchecked power.

Ghost cannot troll properly. He tries, but fails to convince any except himself that he is a moderate. He is an old, white male, and 110% in love with Trump.
As it should be. One side in control of the House, the other the Senate, then the President flip flops every 4-8yrs.
I actually don’t want the Dems taking the Senate, not that they have a chance anyway. I also don’t think impeaching a president or SCOTUS judge does the country any good.

A) Yes, he did. See page 145 on the Kavanaugh thread. The "I told you so" statement is bolded. Others have also pasted Clownpole's Flagpolian Flop on other pages of the Kavanaugh thread.

You have it wrong. Getting rid of Kavanaugh and Trump sends a message to future partisans that uncheck power will not be tolerated. I hope Democrats take full control, and pass several laws that force a 60 Senate yes vote to approve any judge, and that any Executive Order must be approved by 60 votes in the Senate--similar to the veto right the president has, and the no person can run for president—or the House or Senate for that matter—without release their tax for public review when they announce their candidacy. This will stop much of the extreme partisanship because it forces BOTH sides to work together for approval. If something cannot get high approval then it is not worthy of consideration.
I visit this thread for entertainment value, and no one is more entertaining than the poster known as DiscoGary.

ZERO
This count includes you, obviously. Not counting your vote, the final number of people on this thread who believe you is:
ZERO

Pence's "walkout" was an event staged by Trump. Obvious to everyone except Trumpers.
