So, I take it that you are unable to answer the question then.
Understood.
Kavanaugh has stated that he would testify, and now Ford states she will too. Good! The FBI has stated that they would not start a criminal investigation.
So, back to my question, which I assume you will not answer.
There is a difference between stating that you would testify (especially when you have knowledge that no investigation will take place) and demanding an investigation to help clear your name.
Further, there is no need for a criminal investigation. Check on what was done in the Anita Hill/Clarence Thomas case (hint - there WAS an investigation which was not a criminal investigation).
So, my question remains - Why doesn't Kavanaugh demand an FBI investigation regarding the validity of the charges.
And you have still failed to answer it.

Now, regarding your question. The answer is simple and obvious. Feinstein was playing politics. But that takes nothing away from either the credibility or the seriousness of the charges. So my question remains pertinent and unanswered.

So far the score is you = 0, me = 2.
(you have avoided answering my question while wrongly predicting that I would not answer yours)
But I will give you even more chances. Why are folks like Grassley and Hatch insisting on rushing this process through and claiming that there is no time for a proper investigation? And why isn't Trump's Justice Department getting an investigation started to get to the bottom of this?
