He's a criminal of mob proportions, and he will be held accountable.
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.
Let me get this right. You think Trump will be found GUILTY of of that whole list?
I'm as liberal-leaning as they get and I think you are delusional if you think that.
Yes. I suppose "guilty" is tough because that infers absolutely legal verdict, but for all intents and purposes, yes, that will be the ruling of Mueller's report...that he engaged in all of those activities and then some with solid evidence to prove it.
So, it is doubtful that Mueller will indict a sitting President due to DOJ guidelines, BUT he may indict him after he is no longer President.
Trump will almost assuredly avoid jail due to some combination of pardon and plea bargain, but this doesn't make him any less guilty -- must admit guilt to get a pardon. I would not be surprised for example if when the Mueller report comes out that the plea bargain is this -- you resign and we will not indict you when you are out of office. If you make this go to the House for impeachment vote and then Senate for conviction, we will not guarantee we will not indict you once you are out of office.
Here are the things it will be proven he did (guilty of whether a legal term or not):
Obstruction of justice - He has done this publicly several times. A done deal.
Money laundering - Mueller has been looking very closely into this reportedly, and over the years, Trump has engaged in over 1300 CASH ONLY payments to purchase his properties (many of them with Russians), a hallmark of money laundering in the real estate business. He has close personal ties with Russian mobster and money launderer Felix Sater. Mueller has several money laundering experts on his staff...that is not a coincidence.
Conspiracy - though if he's lucky he might be named as an unindicted co-conspirator, but that still makes him part of the conspiracy.
Bank fraud and/or wire fraud - This is likely part of the Michael Cohen SDNY investigation.
Emoluments violation - He currently has a separate suit filed for this. He is definitely guilty of it, and demonstrably so.
Felony campaign finance violation - This comes out of the Michael Cohen SDNY investigation, but from what we know publicly already, this seems extremely likely.
Being orange - Well...
Other things - There will be some other things; perhaps a computer hacking charge, some RICO stuff if not handled in other charges, some other more minor conspiracy charges...and likely at least something that will surprise most people.
Perjury - Oh, and perjury if he ever talks to Mueller.
Shouldn't matter that you are a liberal or not. Facts are facts. Truth is truth. There are no "alternative facts".
He is in BIG trouble, and everyone and their brother is after him.
Mueller is coming. The Southern District of New York is coming. Michael Avenatti is coming. The state of Maryland and the District of Columbia are coming (they are the ones who filed the Emoluments clause violation that a judge said was allowed to continue). The state of New York is coming (filed a lawsuit against him and his grifter family over the fraudulent Trump Foundation). Even the DNC is coming, though the others will likely be the ones to get him.
The clown is done.
