Ah yes...a good point. Hillary was not particularly liked even by those in her own party, so many DID vote for Trump as a vote against Hillary. ALSO, as odd as it is to say, America as a whole is not ready for a female president. She got votes against her (even from women) because of that too.

There were prominent Republicans coming out against Trump, telling people they'd vote for Hillary instead.
There were no prominent Democrats telling people they'd vote for Trump.
Hillary received far more of the "crossover out of disgust" vote (this is not inclusive of the crossover due to policy vote).
Trump, however, flat out STOLE the old faithful "blue-collar" vote from the Dems, since they drifted so far away from the center.
Trump still won every income group over $50K.
