Hi all, I have read that 10x400 w/ one minute rest is a good mile predictor and workout. I have two questions about this.
1) How do I pace it? All out from the gun or uncomfortably fast for each repeat and hammering as hard as you can for the last few?
2) It is a standing rest, right?
I was also thinking of doing a 1200 time trial in late February to see what kinda mile shape I'm in. This seem like a good idea?
