I run about 35 miles a week and have run a 4:35 mile. I run indoors with a club team and we do speed days 2/3 times a week with meets on Saturdays. What should I be doing in my off days (mileage? Temporuns? Workouts?) any advice about what a weekly schedule would look like? What speed should I be running my distance run at? I am open to any advice!! Thank you
