Lettuce has no calories or other real value and takes more calories to digest than it provides. Seriously, what does lettuce provide me other than a matrix to hold salad dressing, bacon bits, and bleu cheese crubmbles?
First, 4/10. Troll or no, this one could have legs.

Wrong: 6-2 and 155lb, with a whole lot of it muscle.
2. You have zero self control
Wrong: for instance, I record everything I eat and drink, and I avoid alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, and other recreational drugs.
3. You are uneducated about how your food is being slaughtered
Wrong: I have a good idea about how it's slaughtered, which is why I avoid halal/kosher butchery, which is absolutely the cruelest.
4. At least a thousand generations of your ancestors have gotten a large portion of their calories from animals.
DING-DING-DING! I am genetically adapted to eating and drinking animal products, and I think it would be unwise and unhealthful to consume a diet that contradicted my physiology.
You obviously left out other real options but I'll play the game and pick (2) I have zero self control.
I am not fat (but know fat vegetarians) and knowing how the animals are slaughtered hasn't changed my desire to eat good tasting and filling meat.
That was a horrifying video and doesn't depict the usual way that cows are treated.
It is good to expose that and correct that.
When animals kill other animals for food it isn't always quick and painless.
Nature can be brutal.
We should kill and eat all animals like this:

I like being the top of the food chain but relying on other humans to do my killing.
I agree on getting rid of the abusive humans.
3. You are uneducated about how your food is being slaughtered
I will admit that's me. I just assume (and hope), its in a very slow, methodical and painful way. When I eat a steak I really like to taste the suffering.
Poor-quality troll, but I'll bite..
Vegetarians are susceptible to low levels of the following amino acids: lysine, threonine, tryptophan, and methionine. Along the same lines, vegetarians are at risk for low intakes of vitamin B12, riboflavin, vitamin D, calcium, iron, and zinc. Since iron is much more readily available in meat and dairy sources, it only makes sense that iron stores were higher in omnivores compared to vegetarians.
Do you even spinach, bro?
The best part of being a vegetarian is telling everyone you're one.
Meat is delicious and I don't anthropomorphize animals. Cows are idiots.
all my meat is grass fed/free range from sources i know personally.
i do not eat kosher meats bc the way they are slaughtered.
fun fact: Hitler was an animal rights activist and made kosher slaughter illegal.
You don't make friends with salad.
I was vegetarian for 5 years, and full vegan for the last 2 years of that stretch. After a while, I started to feel like I was lacking in both quality sleep and recovery from all types of workouts. This is when I was running and rock-climbing at a pretty strong level. I just couldn't recover from even minor injuries. Not only that, people were telling me how moody I was all the time, and I think the diet contributed to that as well.
I finally went back to eating meat, and it was like night and day to be honest. I haven't had a major injury in years, I sleep well, and I generally feel good despite some pretty intense training.
To be honest, most of the vegetarians/vegans I know are more unhealthy than the meat-eaters I know. Instead of putting effort into their diet, they just default to 3 meals a day comprised of Morning Star chemical crap soaked in ketchup, and tons of pasta, breads, etc.
I agree that the factory farming industry is an abomination, and it genuinely makes me sad for the animal world, which is why I do what I can to not support it.
I'm not Mary Mo..... She's a vegetarian.
A couple things. Vegans are actually abusive to animals because they force the animals natural habitat (plants/forest) to be taken away. Thus leaving the animals to starve and be out of their natural habitat. These animals become desperate seeking a place to relocate and survive. It's also funny how people always crucify any sign of animal abuse if for instance a dog is involved, yet these same clueless people are happily consuming animal products from abused animals and don't bat an eye. I think school curriculums need to do a better job of educating people of what actually goes on with butchering and abusing butchered animals. But of course the government doesn't want people to be educated on that because it's a major industry and a big part of the economy. That about sums things up perfectly.

It wouldn't matter of people were educated, they still would ignore it. Because.....meat tastes good.
I'm hungry.
I have found that nothing improves my 5k time like slaughtering a deer with my barehands and drinking its blood and having its heart for breakfast.
On mornings when I'm in a rush, nothing helps me get through the day like some sausage, ham, and chicken mixed into my egg omelet. The idea of eating the mom's cut up carcass mixed into her children makes my day seem brighter and helps me sleep like a baby.
Reasons you don't eat meat?
1. You're a chick
2. You're a sissy
3. You're an animal over, i.e. into bestiality and it would be like cannibalism to you
Vegan = closet anorexic. They just need an excuse to avoid consuming calories and fats.
Because meat is magnificent:

I will stop eating animals when they stop fornicating and reproducing, I promise.
