it's accurate as long as your GPS is accurate and especially the elevation data. It's also impacted by the technicality/footing of your runs.
What do you mean by "using"? I look at it on my hilly runs, especially on VERY hilly runs if I've pushed hard.
It will also get messed up on bridges if you cross a canyon for example and your GPS thinks you followed ground level instead of the flat bridge.
Basically, it's fine to look at but it has its limitations
I guess I don't understand what you mean by "train by". What would you adjust because GAP gives you a different pace?
It is accurate to an extent it does NOT account for altitude though. So if you are doing stuff at like 10k+ feet it doesn't work however its good if u live at sea level and are jogging up small hills. If u are doing walmsley style shit, it wont work or be accurate.
