Just went and did 12 miles at 6:15 pace. Plan was to do them at around 6:30 so I opened in a 6:30 but then worked my way down and never went faster than 6:10. Currently at 60 miles a week and planning on capping there for the rest of winter. I currently lift 3 times a week and I do a tempo of 7 miles at like 5:55 pace. Will longer runs that fast lead to overtraining or does that just show what kind of shape I'm in for how easy that run went? All other miles are done at 6:30 pace usually and I'm not racing indoor until mid march
