I wash them in cold water or the pansiest possible cycle option and air dry them.

Don't wash them with your pink underwear as the pink dye from your underwear can leak out into the wash and turn your compression socks a pink color. Well unless you like pink go ahead and do this
I wash everything I sweat in with hot water and dry on hot. I also bleach that stuff every few washes because it starts to smell from bacteria even though I wash on hot. I wash my compression shirts, compression shorts, rashguards, etc like this. Yea they don't last as long doing it this way but I've had athletes foot, jock itch, and staph in the past and do not want those again.
