In college I used to run 80-90 mpw with lots of strides, hard workouts, doubles, etc with decent success. A year out of college, I've been basically running 5-7 days a week if I feel motivated, never running more than once a day. No strides really, pretty moderate workouts, and mileage totals of around 50-70 a week. So far I've actually pr'd in the 5k and crushed my 10k pr by about 30 seconds. Is this a normal phenomenon for post collegiate runners?
