It's been 4 weeks. I have a race this Saturday. It doesn't hurt anymore at all, but I have not tried running yet. How do I know if I'm ready to come back?
Like if I start running today, and I feel it pulling a little, or I feel it, does that mean I'm not ready?
Does it have to be it's like it's even there?
slow easy run after school, and I'm super nervous. Really hoping it's okay by now.
