Hello folks! I am currently taking up running as a source of cardio. I started to pick up running on the treadmill about 20 days ago. I am 23 years old and try to keep fairly active, tho I don't have much experience running. I am hoping to stick with the sport long term as I quite enjoy it. My question for everyone is:
How can I go about preventing planters fasciitis? What knowledge can you guys send my way? Thanks everyone!
* I play a lot of hockey in the winter season here in Canada and hope to keep it that way by not getting injured and staying healthy!
