Been procrastinating a run all day. Should I still do 11 tonight (I also just ate)? Or should I parcel the mileage into the rest of my runs throughout the week (add on 2.2 every day)?

I used to train at 9 pm every night.
Do it you pu$$y.
You should have a schedule, and run at the same times every day.
The best time is first thing in the morning.
9pm is time to get ready for bed and to sleep.
Have a good sleep, then get up in the morning and run.
You should also write out your goals, so you know what you're doing and why.
Of course you should. Dont forget to bring a towel
tonight, fag
just be safe
