Has the world ever seen someone this talent who wasn't born in Africa (or China)?

what is up with brojos? with 2 of the stupidest possible comments? back to back? 50 miles per week is fine if you do it right....it is not barely training. this comment is a very bad joke.
if you don't count jogging and some cross training and make most of it, the running, is quality then you have the equivalent of the 100 mile per week of stupid fame,.
3 miles at 6 minutes/mile morning, 3 miles at 6 minutes evening in evening plus 10x 150 m stride outs. that is a 7 mile day.
then to 5 x repeat mile at 440 pace. and stride outs and 2 mile run that is 8 miles.
try hill work, 800 m repeats up a steep hilll. say x 8. and a morning run, that is 6 miles.
try a 8 mile tempo run..
try a 12 mile run on saturday steady.
try sunday off, with an easy bike ride and swimming.
try 2 days in the gym for 45 minutes or so with quality work.
you got to learn that a mile and 3 miles is not far. you need outstanding aerobic ability, and the question about training is, do you have outstanding aerobic ability??? once you have that, then you want to finish, of course, and the second half, got it , the second half of the training is focused on the finish ability.
so if you can run 10 miles in 50 minutes, you are fine aerobically, and as a woman, you can run simultaneously a 53 quarter, then you are in business.
the wojos, the best in the business, have so much to learn, despite all the info at their disposal..
good lord.
