I run in the Launch 4, and have run in the Launch since the 2. I have had both editions of Zantes as well, but don't run in them. While they are both lightweight, neutral shoes, they are fairly different. The Launch has much more shoe to it than the Zante, and has a more aggressive heel to toe drop. The ride of the Zante feels much different than that of the Launch. For your situation, I would say that switching shoes is definitely an option for you, but the Zante would probably not be the way to go. Depends on if overuse injuries have been a problem for you in the past.
