Why did Bob Kennedy look so soft? He had no muscle definition.
Why did Bob Kennedy look so soft? He had no muscle definition.
Because he was clean. He also could have done some push ups.
You never had to ask if he looked relaxed.

Yes of course apart from the fact that he was a patient of Jeffrey Brown then yes of course
Floyd Landis didn't exactly have an impressive physique:https://static01.nyt.com/images/2006/07/12/magazine/16landis.1.650.jpg.....And was juiced to his Mennonite gills.

Floyd thinking "with all of these drugs I think I can fly". And soon Landis landed heavily.
Landis looks fit there, maybe not juiced to the gills but he looks like a professional athlete.

He is white.
I highly doubt Bob Kennedy was clean. He trained in a dirty era with presumably the dirtiest athletes.

This, actually. Definition is harder to spot on paler-skinned people.

Distance runners look soft. Sprinters have the bodies that make women weak in the knees.

Well I hope sprinters have bodies that some women like because they often would need the Steve Martin character in "Roxanne" to tell them what to say if they want to hold a woman's interest for more than 5 minutes.

Sprinters' glory years are in college but when they leave college without a degree (the norm) and are working at Arby's, the women are nowhere to be found.
You a racist A-hole

Harder to spot? Maybe if you are blind.

I ran the 400 and 800 in college and am now 35 years old. I have a Ph.D., teach at a university, etc., etc. Point is, your point is inaccurate, and in my personal observation, only correct one-quarter of the time.

So...my point is inaccurate based on your personal observation? LOL. You have no Ph. D, you are a fraud. What do you teach? Really interested in this ...
Muscle tone (tunus) is genetically set. Tonus has nothing to do with running ability.
BK had low tonus, but he had every other positive running characteristic
