Clemson has a throws position open too, but they never posted it. Any ideas on that one?

clemsonis not hiring. They are letting their director of ops do the throws and just de-emphasizing them. Indiana state will probably hire alum aswell as weber.
Avery Anderson should retain Braden at UCLA. He's done a heck of a job with minimal resources and really has things going in the right direction. With a bit more support I can't see why they aren't a consistent top 15 team in cross with kids scoring points at the meet indoors and out. And even if the resources remain the same UCLA will always be a better draw than William & Mary.
Rumors that he is, in fact, out and on his way elsewhere. But, no one seems to be able to confirm one way or the other. Guess we just have to keep waiting..

Maybe he is staying west coast and is the new Head Coach at Portland State!
Alabama throws?

Idk if it throws, I do know it's full of Inbreds! Rooootyyyydde!
So is Kyle Walsh going to coach the Indiana State men's XC too? Website bios just say women's coach. Obviously it's no easy task replacing Coach McNichols but there were separate coaches last year.
Seems like some of these schools aren't planning on hiring a distance coach until the day before the first XC meet. C'mon with the hiring already!!

Ran for a solid hs program, two great programs in Oregon/BYU. Was Ed's right hand man for a couple years. In one year he's proven he knows what he is doing.
So he's qualified for a big time coaching job because he was on a pretty good high school team? Just because he ran for those college teams doesn't mean he knows how to coach.
if by right hand man you mean stop watch holder, then that would be accurate.
he hasn't done anything of note at delaware.
Muna Lee to Hendrix College. She's from Little Rock.
Yes, Alabama throws. Reynolds now HC @ NMSU.

What big time job? The one at Arizona State? You do realize that's to be stop watch holder as well right?
doesn't almost everyone start as a stop watch holder? you're right on a national landscape he hasn't done anything to speak of but do a comparison on tfrrs of Delaware's 2016 and 2017 performances and you'll see how much they improved with just 6 months of him coaching there. They improved tremendously not only in their times but in their point production at both conferences and the ECAC meet. I think that shows something. The first year anywhere is about working with what you have and building from there. I don't know what you have against him "Ryan what?" Are you jealous that his name got brought up for a job you want? Anyway it doesn't matter because he isn't going to ASU he's staying at Delaware and you seem to have some vendetta against him so they'll improve again this year and then you'll try bash him again when his name gets brought up for something else.

from what I've heard through the grapevine is Braden is staying on to coach the men and Anderson is trying to bring in a women's distance coach. he is targeting Shayla Houlihan (CAL), Diljeet Taylor (BYU), Liz Debole (Stanford), and Helen Winters (San fran).
Why would any of them leave their current positions?? That's funny. UCLA is not a better situation than any of those schools all those women are at. Helen is the only one on that list who has had much success either or is at least proven.
