Is this home gym any good for weight training for a runner?
Looking at something that can handle high reps w/o the need for much maintenance.

I have both and am hard pressed to find anything that I can't accomplish. I have arranged them so the high pulley stations of each face each other and are about 7 feet apart so I even have the ability to do crossover movements between them. If I had to choose just one though, I'd go with a nice smith/half cage with a high and low pulley station and a good bench. Good luck!
