I just started using a super high quality fish oil (2g omega 3 for 2 capsules).
I also use B-12 (methyl) most days, just a tab that can dissolve in your mouth.
Magnesium (glycinate) before bed once a week or so.
Curcumin once in awhile when I need to recover, definitely does something with hormone levels and I feel more testosteroned up.
Biggest one is Astaxanthin, I take a 4mg pill most days. Unless it was something else, definitely seems like I recover faster from the gym and even running (only run once a week now). This is a weird one because it crosses the blood-brain barrier too, and I feel like there was a mental effect (more tenacious about accomplishing things). Possibly correlated with more beard growth and slight receding hair at corners of my hairline. Definitely some benefits from this one though.
