Total rough draft here, but I want to show the lifestyle it takes to be successful as a team and as individuals. Here's my basic idea...
50% Practice (Attendance, Attitude, Effort, Coaching etc)
50% Lifestyle
- 15% Sleep
- 15% Nutrition
- 10% Recovery at home (Stretching, “Rolling outâ€, Ice, etc)
- 10% Representation of self/team/school
- Any other ideas?
My point is to show the team that practice is only a piece of the puzzle. In order to be the best runner/teammate possible, you need put all these pieces together.
In order to be on this team, you need to reach 60% (50% practice + 10% representation of school).
In order to be competitive, you need to reach 75%
In order to reach your true potential, it takes 90+%
Etc
