Im a 5:07 miler and a sophomore and i want to break 5 upcoming season. i can handle 50mpw with doubles and was thinking of doing some hill sprints and hill bounding since it is the offseason right now. If I do 2 runs would it be good to hill bound in the morning and hill sprints in the afternoon or vice versa? Also what does this help? I need speed(16 100) and my coach told me to do this.
