This is for everyone but esp people who double regularly do you shower after every run? Most of my friends who double don't. I run singles and have skipped showering every day sometimes tho (I'm in college) I also don't really break a sweat if I'm going for 5 real easy in 40 degree weather although it's pretty rare for me to run and not shower after
Male or female? As a male, I can get in and out, dried, dressed and hair in 10 minutes. No big deal twice a day.
I don't usually do doubles, but I do run early in the mornings. In the winter, I will often not shower after my easy 30 to 45 minute runs. The temp needs to be pretty cold, though (usually in the teens or colder).
I never do more than 2 workouts in a row without showering, though.
Why are you asking after you've already established your routine?

Shower you disgusting pigs who don't. Hygiene is important, and you probably broke a sweat somewhere, and showering is good for the body and a great start to the day along with a double
Have done both. The problem with too many showers is it can dry out your skin and/or hair. If you didn't sweat much, there's no harm in skipping that one. Or you could just rinse off. Definitely don't shampoo twice a day it will kill your hair and waste money.
Oh for sure you have to shower twice a day. The dry skin/loss of 10 minutes will pay for themselves when you see some other jock getting murked on by his own BO.

I run to the office every day (4miles) and then my longer run in the afternoons. I just take a "whore bath" at the office in the mornings and shower at night.
FYI to many showers in the winter will dry your skin out big time. If you have a serious odor issue from sweat you should look into your diet. Clean diet clean smell imo
this is OP yeah dude my skin gets super dry in the winter and im out of puberty now so my skin isnt really oily at all anymore it just gets dry and its fine now that i stopped taking as many hot showers that was the main reason for this post in addition to me just being bored.
No one has really commented and i have been close to a fair amount of ladies in the past week. Im probably the biggest player at my school I get allll the ladies.

I've had winters where I double most days, and yes I always shower after both runs. First, because even on a 10F day I'll be pretty sweaty after four miles easy. Second, because I enjoy showering...spending 5-10 extra minutes with my teammates is a small price to pay to not feel grimy and smell bad all day. Third, because it would take me at least 5 minutes to stop sweating anyway, so unless I want sweaty clothes I'm not really saving any time at all. And finally, I'm not worried about dry skin because I use cold water for my showers, at least most of the time. And I usually only use soap once per day, and I only use shampoo rarely (keep those oils natural).
