This is why I didn't vote. What's the point? The people in power are on both sides. 24/25 top donars to Hillary are from the same tribe.
Subsidized by the public like the banking industry? Or like the oil industry? Or like the Farming industry? Hollywood gets MUCH less subsidy than any of those.

Between the production tax credits everywhere and burdensome intellectual property regulation, it is probably not true. If you are high enough up in the industry, LAPD and the courts go very easy on you too.
It seems like most industries have subsidies.
